VANILLA

Helps combat cravings for sweets or chocolate. The scent of vanilla increases serotonin levels in the brain – just like sugar or chocolate. This gives us the same feeling of happiness we would otherwise reach for with sweets. Only the fragrant version doesn't go to our hips.

COCONUT SCENT

The scent of natural coconut also boosts endorphin and serotonin production. Just sniffing is enough; you don't even need to snack on the sweet treat.

PEPPERMINT

The intense aroma of mint is also said to curb cravings. In addition to reducing cravings for sweets, it also reduces cravings for fatty foods. Furthermore, ingesting peppermint stimulates liver and gallbladder function. A pleasant side effect of peppermint is its calming effect on the intestines.

PEPPERMINT OIL

For your aura: Spray 2 bursts from a distance of approximately 20 cm above the skin or over the hair. For your room: Suitable for living and work spaces. Ventilate the room beforehand, then distribute between 3 and 6 bursts throughout the room, depending on the size.
