LAVENDER

YLANG-YLANG
Due to its high content of esters and sesquiterpenes, the essential oil has a highly relaxing effect, conveying feelings of warmth and security. Ylang ylang has become known as an aphrodisiac due to its sensual scent. Ylang ylang essential oil has a positive, antidepressant effect on our body.
It can be a valuable companion during menopause and times of depression. It helps overcome emotional crises more quickly and supports the heart of those who are easily agitated. Furthermore, ylang-ylang essential oil lowers blood pressure.
PEPPERMINT
It has a refreshing, stimulating effect and promotes concentration and memory. At the same time, mint calms the nerves and has a relaxing effect on body and mind.
JUNIPER BERRY
Juniper oil is an excellent pick-me-up, is considered stimulating and activating, uplifting, strengthening, refreshing and is happy to help us with tiredness, anxiety, as a nerve tonic for mental imbalance and restlessness, with circular thoughts and to strengthen concentration.
GRAPEFRUIT

For your aura: Spray 2 bursts from a distance of approximately 20 cm over your skin or hair. For your room: Suitable for living and work spaces. Ventilate the room beforehand, then spray between 3 and 6 bursts throughout the room, depending on the size.
For your diffuser: In the cleaned diffuser filled with clear water, moisten the water with 3 sprays of the spray, turn on the diffuser according to the instructions and enjoy.
